This of course also to the operation time stretching it up to 12 hours (for one swap) or more if you are carrying more than one extra battery. You can conveniently charge up to 4 batteries at the same time in its' charging station.
Next to the optional NFC/Mifare RFID reader, the optionally integrated solid-state 1D/2D barcode reader will read a wide variation of barcodes for all your tracking & tracing needs, whether in delivering packages, monitoring machine maintenance or taking stock in your warehouse. It reads the most popular used barcodes from 1D EAN/UPC to 2D DataMatrix codes.
Furthermore, you can extend your RTC solution with an I/O module consisting of one Ethernet and one COM-port converting your RTC into a mobile HMI/Panel PC. And if this is not enough, you can easily connect one of the swipe card / smart card readers to read for example personnel, transportation or loyalty cards.
With these integrated accessories, you can create more than 15 variations optimizing the RTC to your specific needs!
Every RTC has its' own carry solutions, varying from hand straps to carry bags. The hand strap solutions will give you the basic need for ergonomically carrying around the RTC rugged tablet whereas the carry bags will provide extra functionalities such as carrying it on your shoulder or belt. The RTC-900 carry bag even has a build in shader and can be folded into a traditional carry case.
